Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled one month or less, prior to arrival, a 10% fee will be charged.
Any cancellation with more than one month's notice, will incur a 6% fee.

Conditions

• No smoking inside the house at all times. Guests can smoke in the garden if necessary.
